- Fill all the required fields
- Upload the diamond grading report or appraisal (if there is no certificate, attach a photo of the diamond)
- Click “SEND”

How we appraise your diamond. We explain every step of the process:
- Our diamond expert will immediately set to work on your request as soon as you submit the form.
- You will receive an initial appraisal via email within two hours; we may need to ask you further questions by telephone or e-mail to provide a more accurate appraisal of your diamond, in which case an expert shall contact you as soon as possible.
Warnings
Our appraisals of diamonds with international certifications (such as GIA, HRD, IGI ANTWERP) have lower price variations compared to non-certified diamonds or diamonds with any other type of certification or appraisal.
Why? The results of these certificates vary (better or worse) compared to the international parameters mentioned above and are considered more reliable.

Accurate diamond appraisal process
The entire diamond appraisal process takes no longer than 10 minutes for each diamond.
All appraisals are performed by our expert team of industry professionals. You will be sat in front of the expert and can witness every step of the process used to appraise your diamond.
Important Notes
- Diamond certificates remain valid even if the security seal is opened.
- When you certify your diamond, the diamond does not need to be sealed in a safe and tamper-proof container.
Our gemmologists are also able to appraise diamonds mounted on a ring or any other type of mounting. They can remove your stone from its mounting while you wait at no extra cost. Everything happens in front of you, as you follow every step.
